Welcome to Daniel Gabor’s German scratch kitchen, Schmankerl Stub’n, where culinary craftsmanship meets rich cultural heritage.

Born out of Daniel’s passion for authentic German flavors, this gastronomic journey reflects his first-generation recipes, brought to life after immigrating to the United States in 2020.
