Schmankerl Stub’n (“Room of Delicacies” when translated to English) is Downtown Orlando’s only modern German restaurant. Welcome to a mix of a casual and fine dining experience.
Our restaurant offers a wide variety of German cuisine and modern dishes, cooked from scratch and made to order. Join us in our Downtown Orlando restaurant for a dine-in experience and enjoy German favorites like Wiener Schnitzel, Beef Consommé, Apple Strudel and many more culinary creations that you won’t find anywhere else.

We classify ourselves as a casual fine dining restaurant and our dress code is defined as business casual. While no collar or jacket is required, jeans and t-shirts are permissible providing they are not cut-off or tank tops for men. Closed toe shoes are required, sandals and flip-flops are not allowed. Attire must be neat, clean & presentable while still maintaining a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
We have takeout available by ordering directly through the restaurant or in-person. Pre-orders are appreciated.
We’re excited to share that we do plan to introduce monthly features and happy hour deals after our grand opening. Stay tuned for updates on the menu, party menus and promotions. Though these will not be immediate, please be patient while we get to know everyone. Schmankerl’s authentic Octoberfest will also be something you’ll want to keep an eye out for!
